Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of My Slab Stats (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service

My Slab Stats provides tools for organizing trading-card collections and tracking costs, grading, sales, expenses, and related analytics. Features and third-party data may change over time. Market values, estimates, and analytics are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. You may cancel through the billing controls in the Service; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Except where required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of collection records, images, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload and for maintaining any independent backups you require.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with security or operation.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse.
• Do not misrepresent card ownership, transactions, identities, or account information.
• Do not use marketplace data in violation of a connected service's terms.

No financial, tax, or appraisal advice

The Service is an organizational and analytics tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, grading, authentication, or appraisal advice. You remain responsible for verifying records, market values, grades, tax treatment, and transaction decisions.

AI analysis and grading estimates

AI-generated condition observations, centering measurements, and grade estimates are advisory, may contain errors, and are not official grades, guarantees, authentication decisions, or substitutes for in-person examination by a professional grading company. You are responsible for reviewing images and results before making purchasing, selling, or grading decisions.

Marketplace and affiliate links

Marketplace listings, prices, availability, seller information, and shipping details are supplied by third parties and may change without notice. My Slab Stats may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made after you follow an eBay link. This does not increase the displayed eBay price, and it does not make My Slab Stats the seller or a party to your eBay transaction.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with authentication, payment, marketplace, grading, AI, and data providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, results, or actions.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the Service or others, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Slab Stats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or changes in card value arising from use of the Service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be submitted to support@myslabstats.com.
